FractGen is an application for generating Fractals by means of the Deterministic Algorithm.

FractalIt4

This is an application to generate Fractals by means of the Random Algorithm. It has been derived directly from a previous (non multitasking) program written by the late Robert Chrismas and based on information given in the book "Fractals Everywhere" by the mathematician Michael Barnsley.

Curve Generating Programs.

The simple basic programs in this section are all 'single tasking' and generate Chaos Curves of various kinds, Roulards and other types of Curve. As they stand they will only run on RISC OS Machines. As as they are simple and mostly written in BBC Basic porting them to other platforms would not be very difficult.

Axillary Applications for Image Manipulation.

FadMasks

This is an Application to generate 'Fading Masks', perhaps more commonly known as Vignettes. The masks may be rectangular, circular or elliptical in shape and 'fade' linearly from white in the inner regeon to black in the outer regeon. They are saved as Sprite Files and so may be combined directly (or inversly) with an image or converted to an Image Mask in an image editor (eg. PhotoDesk) and used in various ways.

OrdPals

OrdPals is an Application for generating 'Ordered Paletts' for Indexed Sprites which can be used to 'Tone' grey scale images. The term 'Ordered' means that the colour changes in an orderly glide as the index changes from 0 (black) to 255 (white). Various forms of glide are provided for each primary colour (Red, Green, Blue). Black and White remain unchanged.

Roulards

Roulards is an Application for generating cycloids on straight line , circles and elipses. These may be used to make 'frames' for photos etc and for card making.
